Zipycart does not manufacture products listed by sellers.

2. Eligibility

To use Zipycart, you must:

Provide accurate registration details

Use the platform only for lawful business or purchasing purposes

Zipycart reserves the right to suspend accounts that provide false information.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

Maintaining confidential login credentials

All activities under their account

Immediately notifying Zipycart of unauthorized access

Zipycart may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Fraudulent activity

Policy violations

Non-payment of fees

4. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers using Zipycart agree to:

Provide genuine, non-counterfeit products

Maintain accurate pricing and product details

Zipycart is not liable for product quality, safety, or legality provided by sellers.

Zipycart is not responsible for payment gateway failures or delays.

Orders may be cancelled due to fraud detection, stock issues, or policy violations.

Warehouse or ghost-store fulfillment

Return logistics

Delivery timelines are estimated, not guaranteed.

Zipycart is not liable for delays caused by:

Government restrictions

Courier disruptions

Incorrect customer address
